1. Are your items handmade?

Yes! Every item is carefully handmade using crochet techniques. Because each piece is crafted by hand, slight variations may occur, making every item unique.

2. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I love creating custom pieces. If you have a specific color, size, or design in mind, please reach out through the contact page and I’ll be happy to discuss your idea.

3. How long does it take to make an item?

Processing time varies depending on the item and order volume. Most items are completed within 3–10 business days, but custom pieces may take longer.

4. What materials do you use?

I use high-quality yarns chosen for comfort, durability, and style. Materials may include cotton, acrylic, wool blends, blanket yarn or specialty fibers depending on the product. Yarn types are specified in each item description.

5. How should I care for my crochet items?

Most crochet items should be hand washed in cold water and laid flat to dry to maintain their shape and longevity. Specific care instructions will be included with your purchase. Washing instructions will be included in each order.

6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of the products, returns may be limited. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve it.

7. What type of eyes are used on crochet items?

Depending on the design, items may feature safety eyes or crocheted eyes.

Safety eyes are plastic eyes that lock securely into the piece and are commonly used for stuffed crochet items (amigurumi). Crocheted or stitched eyes are made entirely from yarn and sewn into the piece.

If an item is intended for babies or very young children, crocheted or embroidered eyes are often recommended for added safety. Please check the product description for details, or contact me if you have a preference for a custom order.

8. When will my order ship?

Once your item is completed, it will typically ship within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation and tracking information once your order has been sent.

9. Can I request specific colors?

Absolutely! Many items can be made in different colors. If you have a color preference, include it in your order notes or contact me before placing your order.

10. Are your items giftable?

Yes! Handmade crochet items make wonderful gifts. If you’re purchasing a gift, I can include simple gift packaging upon request.
